Got a rental excavator stuck up to the cabin backfilling a water line. Mike's showed up and tried a pull with the roll back and winch. It was just to burried so we moved on to a neighbor and a very large John Deere but the service did not stop there while I was in the cab Mike kept at it hooking chains and giving much needed advice..we got it out and even after all that not even a service call fee!
